Q1. Does the scope of work include any structural changes (e.g., moving or removing walls, ceiling modifications, structural supports)?
Q2. Does the scope include any electrical work (new circuits, panel changes, adding outlets/fixtures, GFCI installs beyond simple replacement)?
Q3. Does the scope include any plumbing work beyond simple fixture replacement (e.g., moving drain lines, supply lines, adding new fixtures, relocating existing plumbing)?
Q4. Is the project a full bathroom gut renovation (complete removal and replacement of all bathroom finishes, fixtures, and systems)?
Q5. Does the project involve HVAC modifications (adding or extending ventilation, exhaust fans tied to ducting beyond simple motor replacement)?
Q6. Is the estimated project value equal to or greater than $5,000?
Q7. Is the work being performed in a multi-family residential building (apartment, condo, duplex), a historic district, or a building subject to homeowner association (HOA) review?
